It's Sad when you have to put renters insurance on a storage so something happened Your insurance would have to pay for their storage.

My husband has an account with them & has been trying to get ahold of someone about our storage unit & can’t get ahold of anyone. I have called quite a few times myself & they tell me we have no account when we know good & well that we do. This is not the way to run a business not to mention has horrible customer support. Once all is said & done when we get our stuff out, we will never do business with these people again!

The storage facility is easily accessible. The security is good. The only concern is the climate control. The climate control storage reaches temperatures over 90° daily.
