The Springville Walmart pharmacy is far superior to any Walmart pharmacy that I've used before; knowledgeable, professional, courteous and helpful. The pharmacy area is always clean and organized

I never heard from pharmacy about my prescription being ready ( dr office faxed it over at 8:30 ) finally decided to call to check at 6:17 only to be told they didn’t get a good fax copy and when they called the dr office at 11:00 the dr office was closed until Monday ! No call or anything from pharmacy !

The experience was horrible I have never been treated so poorly in a Walmart ever until this one. I was very disappointed and will never visit that walmart again. Dont expect to be able to do a return on broken product that is sold to you here even with a receipt. We were told we couldn't even get store credit for a damaged air mattress that deflated our whole vacation. So stay clear of this one.

These pharmacy keeps telling me my prescriptions aren’t covered by my insurance. It’s the ones usually that run in the 100’s. My last prescription was for Symbicort. LOOK IT UP. I pay over $850 a month for my insurance. It’s sad that my doctor had to give it to me the first month. So, they are under investigation. I just have had enough. The sad thing is, they have started weeding some of the people from behind the counter. Please ... pay attention to what they say and readers have it yourself. I stay there because they know they dont like me and I hate that because I lost my sister, dad and husband in one year. They knew the mental anguish I was already under. A blonde pharmacist about 8 months ago threw my prescription at me. She went missing for awhile and then there her mean and hate filled heart was behind the counter

Today I only give a 2. This morning I talked to Laura. Im asking about a med that was supposed to be called in yesterday. I asked if they had anything pending. "Well, we don't really use that word and I don't know what you mean". In my opinion, dealing with people who may be really sick, I found her attitude rude and uncaring. I'm depending on someone picking up that med for me. Can't drive at this time. She does not need to be working with the public.

VERY sweet staff. However, a lot of the times they do not have the medications we need and we end up driving to the Publix in Moody to get them.

Service can be extremely slow during peak periods, but is typical of what I'd expect from a Walmart pharmacy. Customer service has always been pleasant but I've had multiple occurrences of the same issue with insurance not properly being updated in their system. It was always corrected on the spot but the same issue was repeated several times.

we moved to springville from birmingham about a year ago....I had stopped shopping at walmart for years due to the service and attitudes of the black store employees. We have been amazed at the difference the move has been on our every day lives...the people are so friendly and go out of their way to help....been a REFRESHING blessing. My wife talked me into going to the walmart here and I loved shopping with her....I not only shop there but order online. Noticed the last 6 to 8 weeks the staffing of blacks has increased a bunch....today was using the coin machine and it locked up....a black woman came over, finally figured out how to insert the key in the lock and when it opened said " ize have to get someone else Ize no shore how dis works. The little white lady fixed and apologized for the wait. Next we were walking down an isle and could not find an item so my wife says ask....three black girls were shooting the breeze and I walked up and asked about item location and ONE said I would have to ask someone else cause they did not know. I asked a white lady and she did not know but walked me to someone who did....I asked her why so many blacks in the store and she said the department heads hired their own personnel so I assume a black got some authority....stupid hiring procedure. At checkout two of the same black girls were still standing around and talking....I said something to the white cashier and she said if that was me they would show me the front door but they are afraid to say any thing to them. It amazes me how this crap continues and we allow it.......my wife can go to walmart by herself!!!
