I live in Mississippi, I ordered a arrangement for a cousin's 80th birthday. When I got to the celebration I was completely insulted and embarrassed. I specifically ask for the flowers to be shades of blue and no carnations. There wasn't a speck of blue and there was carnations. Not even a bow or ribbon. I paid 75$. So sad. I can only guess they didn't think I would see it.
