I love that Springville has this shop, it’s not quite my style but the prices are great so I like to get gifts here. BUT the last 3-4 times I’ve gone in the lady working there does not greet me. I know it’s not the owner because I heard her tell someone- she’ll speak to people she knows, but she’s mostly on her phone, even when I was right next to the counter. I’ve worked in retail, and I don’t see any excuse not to speak to every single person who walks through the door. I guess I’ll be buying gifts from the shop next door.

This store is so cozy and has so much good stuff! My husband isn’t a fan of me going in because our bank account gets a hit! They are so sweet and friendly. At Christmas my 2 year old went in and found some sweet gifts for me and they wrapped them for him and made it so much more special.
