This place is a scam, they took the application fee then said the rate has increased. Don't waste your time or money. I have perfect credit that they ran, they saw how much money I make then conveniently said the rate has gone up because of the hot market. EDITING TO ADD
and now they lie to try to save face. There was no mention of proof of income within 72 hours, only told to complete the application. If you're reading this I hope you head the warning and don't waste your time and money too

Really, look elsewhere. We have been here for 3 months and this has been, hands down, the worst place we've ever lived. Maintenance never fixes anything, and there is plenty to be fixed. "Newly renovated" apartment that we moved into had missing drawers, loose cabinets, and a horrible smell, which nothing was done to fix. We have found mold in several of the rooms and they will not take care of it. The smell of Marijuana is ridiculously strong everywhere and management does nothing (even though it's in the lease that it is not allowed). Packages go missing all the time. Floor in the apartment is rotting under the new flooring, forming sinkholes, and they do nothing. Showers have huge clumps of rust that fall out of drains because they are so old and so poorly maintained. Oh, and don't even think about having a hot shower. They only installed mini-water heaters, barely enough for one very short shower. Windows in bedrooms leak and grow mold but, again, they do nothing. We can't use one of our showers because the water doesn't turn off after we turn it on. Maintenance has to come and fix it. They won't permanently fix it, though. And the tub drain is broken but, because it would take too much to fix it, they refuse to do it. They sure do spend some money on the landscaping around the office, though. And the office is beautifully renovated, even though their apartments are falling apart. Many residents that I know are starting to flee!
DO NOT LEASE HERE!!!!

RUDE LEASING AGENTS!!! Called to get rental verification & asked her kindly to call my new property as they requested she call them & she says “I’m not calling anyone for you!!” They need kinder employees & people with respect & CLASS.

Wouldn’t recommend and we lost our money due to Rachel wanting to change our move in day when we just asked what would the price change be if we did move in on that day I reached out to Devin about the situation after Rachel got very rude on the phone about the situation Devin proceeded to agree with Rachel which we expected but we were definitely not in the wrong they stole our money was told we could switch apartments we found a apartment that they were listing for a good price and reached out again to Devin and Rachel left messages and emails no response at all Im here to warn others about Devin and Rachel and don’t think about reaching out to corporate they don’t respond to emails or phone calls worst apartments ever wish we never applied here they should be fired

Used condoms in the parking lot all the time. Daily passive aggressive emails from management. Maintenance never actually fixes anything. Cops called on us by management the day we moved in. This place is not worth the money. Lived here for 2 years and watched literally every employee that I dealt with leave. If they can’t keep ‘employees what do you think the standards for your living will be? The only individual that isn’t a slimy low life is one of the maintenance men Alfonzo. Turns out he didn’t work here. Mold mold mold mold.

This whole team is amazing. Although my situation changed and I did not become a resident, I was excited to move here! They were speedy, efficient, caring and seemed genuine in their happiness to have me as a resident. Morgan was wonderful and everything was processed quickly and efficiently. They really care about the property and seem to listen to their tenants and respond to their needs. They're making really wonderful, thoughtful updates to their already beautiful property and were doing the best they could to get me in at a time where I wouldn't have to pay more to move in. Despite my tough situation, they would have made the transition smooth and painless. Love this place and these people. Also, OBSESSED with their no tolerance policy for dog waste on the property. Genius and great way to hold people accountable for poor dog ownership habits. Move here. If you have your ducks in a row, they've got your back. Even if you dont, they are willing to help. BUT PLEASE, dont discredit them because they wont answer your phone calls. They are busy and likely giving one-on-one attention to a resident or potential resident. If you can, visit in person and they will take care. Email if they haven't answered your call because they will respond. Check your spam!
