Waited kind and patiently as the staff was busy… no problem at all. However, nobody greeted me and seemed like they were doing their best to ignore me as time went by. Then a man with glasses and curly hair approached me asking what i need help with and i told him my phone is broke therefore i might need a new one and all he did was give me a number to call for insurance and shoe me out of there. I was nice as I could be and the audacity to not actually help me was insane. I wouldn’t even mind having to wait longer.
I also went back later that evening and brought my mom and we were ignored again after waiting and waiting by the door. Meanwhile, the gentleman at Verizon at Daphne on US-90 was able to greet me as i walked in, get me seated right away, and i left with a new phone instead of a insurance number written on a piece of paper to call. I work in customer service so I understand how crazy things can be but after my experience yesterday and even after a second try, we will not be back. .

The reception in my area of Lake Forest is terrible. I live in the Donna Circle Ridgewood area. I can barely get 4G reception. A contractor working on my water heater with T-Mobile could get the strongest 5G reception right here in my garage. Why is this.

Long wait time and no method to track who came in first or last. Went in and waited an hour just to find other people had “appointments” ahead of me. On top of that, they have four people helping one customer. What a zoo and waste of time. Get it together Verizon Spanish Fort. You’re losing sales if they walk out the door.

Went into Verizon for some help. Never had a problem with cell phone reception or Internet until now. Was asking what to do the manager told me to call customer service.

What atrocious customer service. Was buying new phone chargers and couldn't get anyone to help me. Then after several minutes of watching an employee play on the phone. A gentleman finally came to help check me out. Get home and 1 of the chargers i got isnt even capable with my device. All would of been avoided with a simply "hi can i help you?" Avoid this location

Big variety of options. Associates knowledge was amazing. In/out less than 15 minutes and we've been Verizon customers for years. Hardest part was getting into parking lot.

Verizon store specialist are awesome. Unfortunately it’s almost impossible to do business with version because their call center is the absolute worst and needs to be fixed. The call center is rude and absolutely disrespectful.

Ordered a device and had it on there 24-hour outdoor kiosk that did not work and I work night shift so I had to take my wife to work the next morning to go into the store to use the kiosks that worked and we did a good 30 45 minutes because I had questions about my account to have the guy basically tell me to call somebody which I have been back and forth on the phone with them over and over again with the same issue it is still not corrected
