I’ve never used this place before, but I unfortunately had to today to ship out an Amazon trade in. Yikes. The whole interaction was super weird and it really didn’t help my anxiety about my package arriving to Amazon in the condition I shipped it in. I will just drive to another location in the future for my packages.

I use the UPS store on Spanish Fort for all of my printing needs. Matt has always been so kind and patient to work with me to make sure everything is perfect. The entire staff is always so friendly and helpful.

Warning: Use this UPS Store at your own risk. I came here to do a return to Amazon. They charged me $27.50 for a 2’ x 2’ box, $9.50 pack fee so $38.00 to pack and send a $106 return. I also printed the return label plus 5 copies of a legal document @ $0.50/copy and a $3.50 min “computer” charge for using the copier or $6.50 for 6 copies or $1.08/copy. Office Depot charges $0.18/copy, no computer charge. So a total charge of $44.50 plus tax or nearly half of the return value.Yes, I should have walked out when I was told the charges and packed it myself but the Amazon return authorization said nothing about repackaging the item before shipping.

Just picked up my first package sent to this store. It was delivered 4 days ago. There was no record of it being received. Fortunately I had an email from Amazon verifying delivery. After staff searched around the office, the package was found, opened, and never checked in.

This is a great location...lots of services available at reasonable prices and all staff members I have encountered are friendly and knowledgeable.

I always have a great experience at this location. The staff are kind, helpful, patient, and efficient. It is occasionally a little busy but they work through the line fairly quickly. They're also open on Sundays!
