Very good experience at Spanish Fort store. Jason was knowledgeable, helpful, & personable. Our mattress set, which had to be ordered, arrived sooner than promised. Caleb & his coworker (sorry we failed to get his name), were also friendly & efficient when delivering our mattress set. Caleb contacted us when on his way, giving us a heads up.

Price and product seemed fine but the store managers sales tactics were not a good fit for us. He was very proud of his product knowledge, very confident in himself (and his 18 years experience) but made the buying process feel transactional and impersonal. At the time, we had not visited his competitor yet but a few of his negative comments to disuade us from the competition made us more curious so we thanked him and went next door. There we found a great mattress and a fantastic price. We felt appreciated and well informed. Well done Mattress Depot!

Jason was great! My wife and I were in the store one time and returned more than a month later when we decided it was time to purchase. Jason immediately recognized us and was able to point us right back to where we left off the month prior with recommendations on finding the right fit for us. Very pleased with the entire experience. Cloee our sleep specialist greeted us at the door. She assessed our needs regarding sleep and comfort. She had us try multiple mattresses until we found the right one. Upon finding the right mattress She had us lay on it for 15 minutes to make sure it was the rightone. She did not pressure us regarding sales which we appreciated. I would highly recommend.her to anyone looking for a new mattress.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience shopping at the Sleep Center Spanish Ft. Location. Cloee Wheeler is an amazing mattress expert with a shining personality. She helped us pick the best mattress for our specific sleep needs. She encouraged us to take our time. When she heard how movers had mangled our mattress, she even fixed us up with a loaner until our new Stearns & Foster mattress arrives.

I would give ten stars if I could. I found the Sleep Center by accident, just walked in randomly, and I am SO glad I did! From start to finish, every single employee went above and beyond for me, even though I was in a 'budget' category. From the owner to the sales people to the delivery manager to the delivery people, they could not have been better. Buy your bedding here.

Great experience today working with Jason at The Sleep Center in Spanish Fort! Jason was extremely knowledgeable on his product, he worked with us on price, and also provided excellent customer service! His approach was very accommodating and never pushy. We will be coming back and I highly recommend Sleep Center for anyone in need of a mattress.

Just purchased a tempurpedic hybrid with platform from the sleep center! Jason was outstanding, professional and knowledgeable! Bent over backwards to explain everything and followed up after delivery and set up! Setup and delivery was a breeze they were professional and took all the time to answer any concerns or questions we had! Strongly recommend the sleep center and Jason!
