I do not post reviews but I really care about this. I should of took the advice from other reviews. My unit was broke into and $3000 of tools and TVs were stolen. They have no fence and no cameras. Inreportwd this to east bay storage and they didnt even apologize for my situation.THEY DO NOT CARE. I'm all about capitalism but this is Extreme. The facility is ran down it's hard to get your items in and out of the your unit. And absolutely no security. There is a apartment complex right next door with a mobile home and in the back. When I suggested fencing around the area an employee told me they couldn't because they own and rent out the mobile home. And the tenants use the storage area as a means to get in and out of the property. I'm not saying they stole my items but just proves that they do not care about their customers security. I really should have took my business elsewhere but I was new to the area and didn't know any better. With all the well maintained storage companies in this area at a fare price it there is really no need to do business with these guys.

Had the misfortune of storing our things here briefly. Our unit was broken into 3 times. No security at all. Management did nothing, didnt care. Stay away. If you care enough to store your things , dont do it there.
