I was told that I couldn’t fill my prescription at this pharmacy, because it was too expensive to order the medication and that they couldn’t charge me more for it, due to their contracted rate with Blue Cross Blue Shield. However, they did offer to find another pharmacy that also participated in my network.

I am exceedingly grateful for this pharmacy and the pharmacist! They displayed the highest quality of care and compounded my son’s prescription prior to closing. I am overwhelmed by their helpfulness and kindness. I wish I could give them 10 stars!! Our area is blessed to have this pharmacy!

Owner Karen Kight is not only a wonderful, knowledgeable, pharmacist but she is the kindest, caring, helpful, and dedicated person that I have ever met. What delightful people! I use a national chain due to insurance and travel, but a good friend uses Medicap and I have been there a few times on her behalf. They actually expect me, know who I am and that I am there for a friend. It certainly makes it a pleasant experience, especially after perhaps a bit of a rough day. It is close to having someone hand you a little wildflower. Just a good experience.

Pharmacist Karen Kight goes out of her way to help make things right. I stopped by the pharmacy to talk with her before calling our doctor. She was able to talk with the doctor's office to let them know how to submit prescription so I could take a medication out of the country. Thank you so much Karen! Another time I needed a refill for an EpiPen. The medication I got had the longest shelf life I've ever gotten from any pharmacy. To spam a whole school year and more is invaluable. I highly recommend Medicap Pharmacy.

Always helpful and works well with insurance and doesn't seem to have many issues that some pharmacies have. They even deliver in the Spanish Fort area, and are close enough to Daphne that I suggest it to the Daphne area citizens as well! Thanks medicap!
