I got the deluxe and it was not worth it. She spent less than 30 minutes on the entire pedicure. No hot stones, no extra massage, no hot towels, massage chair was broken, no eye contact and she acted surprised when I called her on it. My husband was going to get a pedicure too but he decided not to when he saw how rushed and lame it was.

My sons gave me a gift certificate for Mother's Day. I went with one of my good friends and had a great time. Loved the color and it lasted for over 3 weeks.

My sister and I got mani-pedis here a few weeks ago -- I got gel, she got regular polish. We ended up paying $165 for rushed service and inattentive nail techs. They cut the skin on both of our toes. They were not upfront about prices at all -- the 'hot stone pedicure' was sold to us as the cheapest package, and no basic options were provided. The stones were so hot my sister flinched and told the nail tech it was hurting, and the nail tech just chuckled, said "pretty hot?" and did nothing. I am still in shock with how much we paid for our services. Don't waste your money -- get your nails done somewhere else.

Every time I go here they are close or not taking appointments. I low-key think they pick and choose who nails they are doing. It’s four o’clock… the website said they close at seven o’clock. Something is not adding up. They should just close if they don’t accept walk-ins.

Very disappointed. She was rushed and didn't even spend adequate time on anything. I asked for their deluxe (the one with everything) so my feet would be rubbed, cleaned with the grater, and hot stones. It was not good and not worth the money.
