The customer service is fantastic at this office , but State Farm insurance is the worst. They will give you a great rate to start and after 6 months will hit you with raises by a lot every time it renews! Make sure you get several quotes from different companies before you choose State Farm. If you do choose them - you will receive a great customer service from this office.
You GUYS SAY THE SAME THING ABOUT DISCOUNTS NOT BEING SET UP EVERY TIME YOU INCREASE MY POLICY! AS FAR AS I SEE IT , ALL MY STUFF IS SET UP!

Lad Drago State Farm is easily the best insurance company I've ever dealt with. Ross is the best. He's so knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient. He always takes great care of me. Katie quickly sent me my insurance cards when I was pulled over. She's the best. And Antonio is so smart. I highly recommend doing all your business at Lad Drago!

Ive had multiple great experiences with this business. From the purchase experience, where the agent took tons of tome to explain all my benefits and was so patient with me. Then when i sustained a loss, they were there to intervene with the adjuster to ensure i was getting timely service and attention. Lad, Kayla, Courtney, they’re all amazing. SO glad i switched to their office!!!
