We went back to Hanks for the quality of the furniture, not cheap, well made furniture you can count on to last. We ended up purchasing a new couch for our Den; we purchased some chairs for our dining room table and 2 recliners about a year ago no problems. Sales staff listens to you and try to direct you to the right furniture that match your taste; if they don't have it in the store they can order a couple of days for delivery.

Paid $2.000.00 for a reclining love seat and $219.00 for a 2 year protective plan. Neither one was any good. The recliner began malfunctioning and fading out after one year. I contacted the store and they told me to contact the provider. Hours on the phone relentless emails and chats with customer service still no help. I called to complain at the store but would not be connected to the salesman or Manager. I left my name and number several times but never received a return call. June 2023 will be one year I have been trying to get service and repairDon’t waste your money at this store or their protection plans..I would not give them one star but you have to press something to write the review

Where to start... I have never dealt with a store/company that is this terrible at communication.I went to the store in the first week of October and was in need of a dining room table, a kitchen table and matching chairs for both. I clearly told the salesman that I needed these before Thanksgiving and that I would not want anything if it didn't get there before then. I was told that wouldn't be an issue.A few days before I was expecting my delivery, I call the store to ask for an exact delivery date. The salesman I had dealt with before was helping other customers and I was told he would call me back. He didn't. I called 4 days in a row, sent a couple emails but didn't get any response. On day 4, I finally got a call back from a different salesman, saying my delivery won't be there until February. I proceed to tell them to cancel my entire order. 10 min later, the original salesman finally calls me back saying I will get a partial delivery within 2 days, the day before Thanksiving, before lunch time. After waiting at home all day, the delivery came at 9:15 PM, I know had my 2 tables but no chairs.I then followed up with the store every other week to find out when the chairs would come. I would call, email, go to the store in person, and always got either conflicting answers or promises that weren't kept.I would have expected that a customer who spent close to $5,000 at the store would be treated better. I will never go back there and would recommend everyone against doing business with Hank's.

Horrible customer service!!! I’ve never been more dissatisfied. The poor reviews alleging bad customer service are TRUE. The manager, Justin Madle, is a joke. He’s arrogant, rude, and condescending. Take my advise and go elsewhere!

If I could give negative stars I would. We ordered furniture for the whole house and it took over 6 months to get here. We still haven’t received our pillows and they have stopped returning/taking our calls. Never buy anything from them they have horrible customer service. I understand things being back ordered, but this is absolutely unacceptable. Hank’s SUCKS.

It's a very nice furniture store with good prices. It's surprisingly big with lots of options to choose from furniture, tables and wall art. Nick was our sales guy and was very helpful during our purchase.

Service was fine. Bought a mattress and matress pad from here. The pad is a cooling type, but the material is slippery, which makes my sheets slip/slide around and slip off the corners of the mattress. The manager will not allow a return of the pad I paid $100 for. Buy your mattress pad somewhere else!

I came to Hanks because Lagniappe was a terrible experience. When I came in, I met with Justin Madle, who was nothing but professional and kind. He’d walk away and allow me to look, and when I had questions, he was there. Absolutely ZERO pressure to buy, but they’re to help when needed. I ended up buying a beautiful chair/ottoman and leather sofa from him. I searched many other stores as well and this was the best place and experience I had. If you need furniture, come see Justin Madle , you’ll be glad you did! Thanks Justin and Hanks Furniture for the great experience!

great furniture at an even better price. started at lazy-boy, then ashley, Hanks was my third stop. was treated by Justin Madle. he was very patient and knowledgeable. he found us exactly what we wanted and under budget. definitely would recommend!!!

We purchased a loveseat and chair combo from Hanks. It ripped on the foot rest right away. We contacted Hanks immediately and they were helpful in contacting the upholsterers. Who came out to see the problem. That was before hurricane Sally. We have spoken to Hanks a few times and they promise to get in it. But Now it’s been months later and we still have not gotten satisfactory service. I would trade it in if we could! I’m so disgusted! We finally junked the set.

Ordered a bedroom set. Was told the end tables would arrive mid May. They already delivered bed. Date for end tables kept getting pushed out. Finally had a delivery date for June 10th. Call that morning for time frame. They don't have us on for delivery BECAUSE THEY SOLD THE SET WE ALREADY PAID FOR TO SOMEONE ELSE! Now they are saying it will be 10 more days. Worst communication and service ever. If I didn't have to have them match I would tell them to give me my money back.
