The online portal made renting my unit easy! I had a question about my account the next day and when I called, the guy in the office provided excellent customer service! Great service at great prices.

We've paid for our unit and hadn't been able to get into the building do to management not giving us the door code. We called for the code, no one answered. Then we get a text telling us the code, finally. We rented a Uhaul trailer today to move from our previous storage building. Come to find when we get to Elite Storage with a full Uhaul trailer that the unit that was given to us is full of someone else's things. There is never anyone in the office. No one ever answers the phone. Now they aren't coming out until this evening to check on it for us. We only have the Uhaul for a limited amount of time. Needless to say we are not happy with this storage provider. Do not recommend them.

I am so happy I found Elite storage. I almost used another place that was twice as expensive and not as customer friendly as the management of Elite Storage. The storage units are clean and safe. The communication was easy. Thank you!

I'm amazed that so far I can only find one site that has honest open easy to find pricing. Will be moving on to the next, to much trouble to call and negotiate with so many options

The units are clean and the owners are wonderful!! They are always very helpful. Last year I was getting stuff out of my storage unit and the owner offered me his dolly! He even offered to help when I was having trouble. His wife is always friendly as well!! I appreciate these owners!

Have used non-climate controlled, climate controlled and covered RV storage. LOVE Elite Storage!!!! Would still be using them if we weren't relocating to Huntsville.
