Went to dollar in search of black tissue paper.. walked around didn’t see any so I put my basket up and the lady said you didn’t find anything I said no . She said well what do you have in your hands. I held them up I had my self phone And my keys. Lucky for her my mom didn’t hear here remark .

First time in a Dollar Tree that I didn't have to climb over boxes and walk around all kinds of stuff all over the floor.Very nice and clean store.Will definately come back again

Worst experience, the manager Trina tried to argue and make disgusting remaks to us after we asked to buy some quarters and was told yes then the manager said no but we did cash back because we thought we could get quarters it cost a dollar to get cash back under the assumption of getting quarters and lost our dollar, it was not the fact of losing the dollar but the way were treated after asking about returning the cash. The cash register lady said this was redicouls and that we should leave along with the manager .

This location has great stuff, but it is lacking customer service. I don't appreciate the man cashier throwing my bags at my daughter!! Also, he scanned things more than once, but I didn't even bother saying something to him. He was very rude...if you don't like your job, then get another one!! That man shouldn't be working in customer service!

Friendly staff at Spanish Ft, Al. I had left my phone in a shopping cart. I thought it was lost. Staff answered let my friend know where it was and it was safe. They didn't know me other than a customer. It was a few days before I was able to go back to get it. 5 stars to friendly staff that great guest entering store.

Nice and clean store in comparison with the run of the mill Dollar tree went at perfect time where there was very little foot traffic which was perfect for real browsing. Not enthused by the $1.25 price due to inflation may have a long-term impact on the future of the brand.

Haven't been in ages, but disappointed that everything is now $1.25 instead of $1. Nice and clean place with some really great stuff.
