Best experience ever! We have been looking so long for a desk/vanity that my daughter wanted that wasn’t cheap looking, and it needed to look nice. My daughter feel in love with one there. Amber and the rest of the staff made her feel like a queen on her birthday. I greatly appreciate the time they took with our family. We will definitely be buying at Direct again. The furniture was so nice and affordable.

The worst delivery personnel on the planet. Delivery times are not followed and our furniture that did arrive it was broken. Service is the worst, management could care less about customer satisfaction. We have purchased items in the past and we have issues. Poor quality poor service, hovering salespeople. We were misled by delivery people, misled by management, and misled by quality of furniture.If I could give this store a negative rating it would be -100. Customer beware!!!!!

Nice sale going on. We needed lamps and weren't looking to order them; wanted to settle this quickly. Walked in and picked out two sets of two lamps (four total), and after savings only spent $1,000. Not too shabby! They have a wide selection of furniture and reasonable prices. Come check 'em out!

Found a set of 4 theater chairs that had been listed by Katie on Facebook marketplace. Price seemed good, so I inquired to availability and hours. My wife and I stopped by that afternoon and Katie wasn't working. We looked at the chairs and all looked good. The store was closing in 5 minutes and we were the only People in there. I messaged Katie that evening and told her we would take all four of the chairs but wanted to wait to pay give her the commission. Could we meet in the morning when they open I asked? Next morning the store opens at 10:00 am. I get a message from Katie stating sure, they are available. I inform her that I will be down in about one hour to pay for them. She says that would be fine. She does not say something like ...if you want these, I need a deposit now, or you need to come pay for them now. Upon arrival to the store I sit in the theater chairs and wait until I am greeted by Katie. I say Hey Katie, she only responds with the statement " how do you know my name?" I introduced myself as the gentleman that she has been speaking to on Facebook about the chairs I am sitting in. Oh those chairs there...they have been sold. I just sold those two chairs. At first I think it's some sort of joking salesperson humor and chuckle some myself. I quickly discover that it was not a joke. The saleswoman with no ethics, Katie you know the one that works at breaking apart a set of 4 seats to sell two of them and make the other two completely useless to you then responds with an ear to ear smile saying "first come, first serve? Yeah that Katie is the reason for not going to this store. Typical salesman mentality. I got nothing for that. I already spent my money elsewhere and I suggest you do as well.

After visiting every furniture store near Daphne, was so pleased to find Direct furniture in Daphne. I loved the selection at great prices. Several stores available, great customer service from Vickie... such patience! Found just the piece I was looking for the a quarter of the price of other stores.

We ordered a mattress and had it delivered. Wonderful assistance in the store, great price and quick delivery...however, I literally watched the delivery company knocked my mailbox clear off of its post and drive away!! I immediately called and they sent the guys back to my house. They stood around for 5 minutes denying they did it, trying to figure out how to fix it, and never tried to apologize! Not only did they knock the box clear off if the post, but they also bent the wrought iron post! I planned to purchase additional pieces, but this left a bad taste. I understand that these guys are probably from a third party delivery service, but someone should have made this right.

Treat customers with respect. Apologize for when your own employees cause an issue (as in slicing through the seat of a chair being delivered)..Try to line up pricing a little more realistic to market area. I don't mind paying for quality service...but you don't have that..quality or service.

We completely refurnished our beach cottage living room with furniture from Direct Furniture. We special ordered the fabric we wanted and were very pleased with the results. The salespeople were well-informed, friendly and helpful. We'll go back for other furniture needs when the time comes.
