We had the best lady that was great. She helped my granddaughter find a dress . We went to Belk and walked the whole store looking for the dress she needed. We never got anyone to even help us at all. Went to Dillard's and the lady was awesome. She found a dress for her, and she bought two pair of jeans. She also got me a chair to sit in. She was awesome. great service.

This is the nicest, cleanest, and most organized Dillards I have ever been in. Employees were standing around, on their phones and not really doing anything - 6 or 7 of them just gathered around the men’s area talking at one point. One employee was face timing with someone with no care in the world regarding who saw her but you’re there to shop so for me it’s whatever. Management probably wouldn’t have been very happy though.

The staff is not at all friendly and from the moment you arrive they look at you from top to bottom and throw the money in your hand. The truth is, I didn't like the treatment at all.

I haven't experienced the type of bladient Racist behavior is years that I experienced today. I drive to the Eastern Shore Center Dillard's to shop often. It's normally a pleasurable and peaceful experience. Today as I walked through the designer section (Eillen Gisher, etc.), the salesperson (older Caucasian female) never greeted me nor acknowledged my presence. As I move to other sections browsing, she followed so I greeted her but she never opened her mouth. I again move to her section browsing where she greeted every Caucasian person coming near or in her section with "Hello, may I help you?" and carried on a very personable conversation with them while still never acknowledging my presence. I selected and purchased what I came for from an associate in another area of the store. I asked to speak to a manager and spoke with two. This disrespectful sales associate still never said a word nor acknowledged me. Nothing changed. I will not travel this far and spend money to be disrespectful again. Isn't this 2024??
