Not sure why but literally everytime I come to this location the employees are in a bad mood. Today me and another customer sat to the side and waited for 2 employees to finish their chat(jewelrydepartment). They even looked at us said hello, and kept talking. And the shoe lady's are always in a bad mood. But today she Got mad because I didn't want to sign up for a Belk card. I told her I can't because I have my 2 y/o with me and she's was like ugh it's gonna take me longer to take off this coupon because it's only for Belk members. When it only took her a sec to do so. Let's just say these employees was lucky I was in a okay mood today because I just 0 tolerance for rude employees.

Keri helped us use the Belk app. She was amazing!!!
Debbie took care of us at the register! She was also amazing!!!!
Mom and I found a lot of clothing WE can wear. Not disco clubbin but regular ladies clothing. Very good quality and really really pretty!!! This is our go to store!!!! And we did not spend a lot of money!!!!
