“Grande Pointe is a great place to live. It is located right across from a lake and has beautiful trees everywhere. For the majority of my time here, it has been fairly quiet. I have really enjoyed the management's quickness to respond and solve issues. The rent includes internet, cable, water and trash, which is super convenient and easy. Not to mention, it's a great rate for adequate space. One quirk is that the internet quite often would kick our devices off, but it was an easy fix to unplug and replug in the cable.”

There were a few years of issues, the community was bought and sold, went through several staff about every six months to a point we had no idea who even worked here. Over the past year I’ve seen an incredible improvement and I give all the credit to T’erra. If it wasn’t for her ability to get things done, I’d have just spent and extra $10,000 to buy a house. She helped me through a difficult transition, she was able to solve all my issues, had all the answers and was so kind.Miriam has been good too, and the hounds are being looked after a lot better. There’s better communication and a willingness to solve maintenance issues and complaint. The grounds are regularly maintenance, they’re spending more time in the summer on the pool and grilling areas. A staff member saw me in the parking lot today and rode over and offered to take my trash. I was planning on buying a house this year but honestly I’m enjoying living here! Thank you for our gift of T’erra!”
“This whole team is amazing. Although my situation changed and I did not become a resident, I was excited to move here! They were speedy, efficient, caring and seemed genuine in their happiness to have me as a resident. Morgan was wonderful and everything was processed quickly and efficiently. They really care about the property and seem to listen to their tenants and respond to their needs. They're making really wonderful, thoughtful updates to their already beautiful property and were doing the best they could to get me in at a time where I wouldn't have to pay more to move in. Despite my tough situation, they would have made the transition smooth and painless. Love this place and these people. Also, OBSESSED with their no tolerance policy for dog waste on the property. Genius and great way to hold people accountable for poor dog ownership habits. Move here. If you have your ducks in a row, they've got your back. Even if you dont, they are willing to help. BUT PLEASE, dont discredit them because they wont answer your phone calls. They are busy and likely giving one-on-one attention to a resident or potential resident. If you can, visit in person and they will take care. Email if they haven't answered your call because they will respond. Check your spam!”
