Years ago I needed a transmission replacement. Since back then funds were tigh Advanced Transmission worked with me to find a rebuilt transmission I could afford and backed it up with a warranty. That’s why when I needed a transmission fluid flush they were the first place I called. Unfortunately they no longer service CVT transmissions but were very helpful in explaining why, what I should be aware of, and where I should go. If you are in need of transmission service and want people who are honest and care about their customers I highly recommend Advanced Transmission.

So over a year back now my mothers car was taken to advanced transmission for a trans rebuild on a 2015 Acadia, the day we picked it up as we got on the road we physically seen a long bolt fall out and tumble behind the car, it was a subframe bolt, we go back to let them know and it’s also rattling and the guy says do you not have any earmuffs as a joke but at this point we are a little up set after spending 6500 dollars, fast forward a a few months it’s back for the 3rd time and supposedly for the second torque converter? The trans just kept quitting and the noises were awful. Now it’s been a year And it still rattles like crazy, more like metal on metal sounds, I’m pretty sure they left the rubber on the subframe out but yet it’s still broke and sounds horrible, the trans shifts hard after a small stall almost but it does work as far as shifting, it’s been over a year and it still makes these noises and sounds like the car is falling apart I couldn’t get the help I needed so hopefully this helps someone else. My mother delt with a fella name Johnathan I’m 100% positive she was taken advantage of I should have handled it but unfortunately I did not.

Although it was expensive to replace my transmission, I feel I will get many more years out of my Suburban and not have to buy a new vehicle for quite a few more years. Loved the information they gave me every step of the way and the aftercare and warranty. Explained what was wrong and how they would fix it, as well as how long it would take. Highly recommend .

I was very impressed with the prompt attention, knowledge and thorough free inspection my truck was given. Jonathan gave excellent thorough advice and diagnosis for my truck's warning light for NO CHARGE! Who does that? No repairs were made for this visit, but I would highly recommend Advanced Transmission for anyone needing transmission work. It was obvious that this shop is well run and can be trusted.
