Very nice people the rates on my homeowners was so much better than the previous my auto was about the same price but better coverage would, recommend to anyone can't go wrong at Allstate. however I've only been with them a short while we will see how it goes when I have a claim

So far as my experience goes, I've never had to use the insurance as of yet. But I can report that the people the agents the staff everyone is friendly they're nice they do whatever they can to help you out and help you to understand something if you don't. But as far as covering claims I have never through word of mouth heard a bad review. Therefore I have nothing but praise, (and I'm not related to anyone having to do with the company itself LOL) I give them a four only because I would not feel it proper to give them a five. You can bet that if I ever have a problem with them this rating with them will drop to as close to nothing as I can rate it. Lol. If anybody ever asked me for a recommendation of this company I would say most definitely I do feel like it's reasonable price for a good coverage.I'm a very satisfied customer named Jeff

My grandfather of 88 had a terrible wreck and was in the hospital and we we’re trying to get ahead of the curve to get the policy moving my email is linked to his account and has given me permission prior. And all this office could do was refer me to 1800 that after two days I couldn’t get a human on phone. Then I call 2nd time and nobody can give me any info. To help or get info on what we need to do. They put me on what they thought was hold and they called me several names and tell him it’s a record line and hang up on him. This office lacks in training of what policies cover and don’t cover and just tell you call 1800 to be in Southside I’m stunned that they aren’t more personal people persons. All state and this office is extremely hard to deal with and it’s a disaster of a disappointment to my grandparents that this is how elderly veterans are treated. While we just wanted to get the ball moving for them while they were in the hospital

After being with Allstate for 16 years with a 830 credit score good driving record I tried to add my seventeen year old to my insurance there quote was ridiculous!!!! Almost 4,000 dollars every six months!! Bye Allstate I cancelled my insurance!

Customer service has been very poor as of recent time. First, the firm hiked my rate up $40 without notifying me. I then proceeded to call and ask why that might be. I was then told by the associate that I no longer had accident forgiveness, even though I had had a minor accident in the previous year which I was before told that I had it. But all of a sudden it just vanished. And my rate hikes up nearly double for just liability coverage.Called them again today since I never had received a copy digitally or physically of my policy renewal and an associate named Amy was very rude to me and nearly refused to tell me her name. I am done with Allstate and I encourage others to leave as well. I know of many others who have also been mistreated by this firm as well.

Convenient location. Very clean parking lot and building. Joel was very personable and knowledgeable, he was able to save us hundreds of dollars when we moved our house and car insurance to Allstate. Great coverage with great rates.
