Absolutely horrible customer service, I did not catch his name but, was the black headed guy that works at front. I sent off cards weight less than 6oz to bulk cards weighting no more couple pounds. Charged me $17 per box x3 even though everything weighed completely different.

They lie about deliveries and attempts. I can’t count the number of times they have marked a package as “delivered” when it’s not. They are especially prone to do this with Amazon packages to make their numbers look better.

I’m so incredibly sick of the whichever mail carrier is to lazy to get out of their vehicle to deliver packages. My package does NOT belong on the outside of my mailbox for everyone to see & possibly steal. Iv held my tongue for so long about her capabilities of delivering mail & packages. She always leaves the lid open to our mailbox, shoves & crams things in there because it would be to much work to drive up to my porch to put a package there, & if she simply doesn’t want to deliver something she’ll take it back to the post office until someone else can deliver it or I come get it. And no it’s not because my mailbox is full or the box is to big…it’s simply called LAZINESS.I understand you have a long day of delivering mail, but if you don’t want to be doing it the right way than please go find a job you actually want to do. It’s not my fault that you don’t want to be delivering mail or packages.

Monday Dec 13th , Tracking number for my package "package picked up by a person at Post office" then my package was scanned at a mailbox four days later. I filed claim for missing or lost package, but there was nothing the post office could do. Now I'm waiting on a replacement package from the retailer two days befor Christmas.

Cant get any mail/packaged because of there computer system. The lady at the front can’t help, been trying to get our mail straight for MONTHS. Had to drive to Montgomery to get my license because they want to send my license to an address I don’t live at

Great Service!! I came in with a very heavy package that needed to be returned. My mail ladies hooked me up with Fast, Friendly and Professional service. I was in and out in less than 3 mins. Not sure why people hate on this place when the people here always treat you respectfully. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for quality service while dealing with your mailing needs.

I went into the post office to see why I've received no mail in over 12 days. Believe my ex has changed my address..of course I don't know the new address, I don't live there. They were supposed to call me back and have not done so. Call the number and get shuffled around an automated system. Now I can wait for another call back..really displeased.
