“My car stalled in the middle of the highway during heavy traffic. The traffic cleared up and no one wanted to stop and help jump the battery (they did try to collide with us since we were in the way). My insurance said it would have taken 3 hours to get a tow. I called Kars and like magic, they were there getting us to safety.”

I bit of background information. I waited for another Tow Company, which I wouldn’t dare mention their name, for about 3 1/2 hours only After calling every hour on the hour, finding out they weren’t coming at all.
AnyWho, ONE call to this company and they gave me an ETA of 30 minutes and they were there in 28. The customer service was great, very accommodating, huge truck, which let me sit in the back very comfortably. They got me to my destination and “thanked me for my business “ before I could “thank them for their service…”
I use this platform more often than not to let people know the companies that I experience and if they should stay away
But this is a few times I must say , I would call them first, especially if you’re not in a good situation and would like a Tow with great customer service”
