Not sure what is going on here lately but I have one package that has been “return to sender” for 2 months and they can’t tell me where it is in the process. Just had another package that was supposed to be delivered today and it said there was no access to drop off location even though other packages were delivered. Wasn’t on the truck even though it was “out for delivery”. They had no clue where it could be and said it could be with a different carrier. It was processed at their facility and out for delivery the next day?

PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE BLONDE MAIL LADY IN SMITH STATION!!! SHE NEVER DELIVERS MY MAIL!!!!!!
Really sick of the mail lady in this town. I watched her holding my mail on camera when she delivered my package. Proceeded to scan my mail out whenever she got back in her mail van and didn’t put it in the mail box!!! How LAZY. I have the USPS app!!!! I seen what I was suppose to receive. And it was extremely important. WHERE IS MY MAIL. This blonde lady doesn’t like her job. The last package I was to receive she sat there and starred at me until I spoke to her and refused to get out of the mail van and asked
Me to come and get it. How

6-10-24 this blonde mail lady has done it again!!! She lost my entire package and it says she delivered it at 2:50PM she arrived at my address at 3:31 pm. I have reported her. And my important package has not been recovered!!! This has GOT TO STOP.
7-12-24 blonde headed mail lady has done it again!!!! I had a very important out of state piece of mail coming today and of course she did not deliver !!!!
7-31-24 This same mail lady with the silver/ blonde colored hair lost another one of my packages!!’ This time I’m getting the postal inspector involved!!! She has to be stopppppped!!!!

It used to take a few days just to get my mail from Illinois to here. The last 6 months it has almost up to 14 days to get my mail from Illinois to Alabama I don't understand what Smith Station postal services but somebody needs to fix Smith's station Postal Service. The last 6 months it is really went downhill

I've called several times today and no one answers the phone. I just wanted to let you know whoever the mail person was yesterday Thursday 11/30 left my package from Medline with prescriptions in it by the mailbox on side of the road. They could have driven up the drive way and left it in my yard. Anybody could have picked it up. Joni Davis. 3 Lee Road 573

I made an appointment for my first passport. The employees were kind, professional, and helpful. Especially the very sweet blonde woman (I’m sorry I failed to remember her name).

I've never had anything negative to say about delivery. Our regular mail carrier always makes sure we get our mail. Here lately whenever I get a package that cannot be placed in my mailbox, it it is left on the ground at my gate. Whenever I know I'm getting a package, I deliberately leave my gate open so my package can be delivered to my front porch.( as I request. ) Today my gate was open but my packages were on the ground. I have the postal app on my phone that said my package had been delivered at 2 o'clock and left at front door!! I truly hate deceit I'm ashamed of whoever did this because it gives the rest of the postal workers a bad name. P.S. I have a very long driveway and cannot see my gate
