I got my appointment online to get my passport, when I got there she said we don’t do it anymore because we short staffed.

I made an appointment for my first passport. The employees were kind, professional, and helpful. Especially the very sweet blonde woman (I’m sorry I failed to remember her name).

Update. The problems came from misunderstanding. The people in the office were very friendly and helpful.
