First michelle at the Lakeside location was awesome in answering all questions and even helping us open a money market savings. And Cindy on the teller side is awesome. This is the second time I have had Cindy as my teller and she went way beyond her role as a teller. Michelle also went above and beyond her role as a member advisor.”

“After 55 years of banking with PGB, I asked them for another DEBIT CARD, because I could not find mine. Response was there is a life-time limit of 3 Debit cards. This was the 3 rd time for me losing my Debit card, so I could not receive another. Fortunately, a week or so later I found my Debit card. I will be 74 in a few WEEKS. I sure hope to live quite a few more years. Hopefully, I wont lose my found 3rd D-card—- in the next maybe 10-15 years and have to do without one!”
“I have always received the best service, but Kelsey in Leesburg/Albany,GA raised the bar even higher by being so sweet and kind. I recently went through a series of unfortunate things and she handled my situation with such great care (like it was her own personal problem). “I've been with BBT since before they were BBT. They were Colonial Bank when I got with them. I love my bank. The employees there have always been great! I wish I could remember their names! Pat is helpful and wonderful.I live out of state now but kept my account and still bank with them, even though there is no BBT (now Truist) anywhere near me. Speaking of Truist.. I'm already missing the BBT hometown feel.”

“I really recommend Synovus highly. I was served by a relationship banker named DeVon Pridgen and this guy is great. He is very well mannered and knew exactly how to answer any questions I had. He helped me open an account when other banks ignored me and explained how to get credit if I had no credit history. He is a very good banker.Whenever I have a question, he is there to answer it. He also helped me open an account with the Synovus app, since I'm really bad at technology.Synovus is a very good bank where they take great care of you.”
