All the negative reviews on here are just inaccurate. I have never been treated disrespectfully by any employees here, and I'm a difficult customer. I consistently forgot to pay on time for a couple months. Even so, I was never chided and simply paid for the storage as well as the late fee. They've always been very polite. They let me know several times the price would go up (for everyone) when I called to pay for my unit months in advance.The unit pricing is also incredibly cheap. I'm paying $60 for an 8 x 12 unit.This business is ran very well and effectively, and it's full of kindhearted people. The bad reviews here are just outdated and untrue.

When I called after finding out my storage units had gotten water in them and I mean all the way to the back of the unit, the response was ... well ma'am we did get 6 inches of rain. Before that comment I was going to ask if they had another unit higher up than the one I was in. But she didn't give me that chance. DO NOT RENT FROM LOCATION #2! Units closest to the woodline where units 205 & 206 are located! ! You will be sorry. By the way I got 6 inches of rain at my house too....BUT it didn't get In the house!!

To the person that put the review about the unfriendly employees, I think you are wrong. This place is fantastic. The lady that runs the place is the nicest lady I have ever met. You probably never made your payments on time and just said you did. I have never had a problem with these folks and would recommend to anyone.
