I had heard good reviews from family but I regret going here.The gentlemen are very nice but it's like pulling teeth to get information.They wont call you, and when you call them, they tell you they'll look at it and give you a call back but you'll always have to be the one to call...I brought my car in, it was having power steering problems.They "fixed" it, it cost me a grand.It had the same problems a few weeks later.I bring it back and after a week of no update. I finally call and they tell me that the problem had always been something else and that I essentially didnt need to pay that thousand last month. I still dont know what it needed, they told me that they found house plugs and weren't sure why they were in there. But it annoys me that they didnt see that the first time.It could have saved me a thousand dollars.I ended up abandoning the car as I can't afford any more repairs and we were moving shortly after hearing the news.

The gentleman unfortunately were not able to fix the problem with my car. However, they kept me up to date on what they did daily to try and find the problem. Highly recommend.

This place is phenomenal with exceptional service, Carson kept me in the loop with everything that was going on with my vehicle as well as when he worked on my wife’s car. Recently had my car serviced here and Carson went above and beyond for me. Had some issues with another shop and was skeptical but the experience I had with cartek put my mind at ease. Got everything I needed done at a good price and in a timely matter and was updated with any new information whenever it was found. Very friendly folks, glad I was recommended to them and will be recommending them myself in the future

Best Place to get your Car fixed!I am so glad that my Friend recommend this Shop to me.Brian and his Team are so wonderful.The first time I brought my Car in a few Month ago, they were able to order the Part and fix it the same Day!They took the time to explain the Problem and what they are going to repair.So now I have my Car serviced there as well and was in and out in no time!Love this Place!Very professional and awesome People!Thank you to Brian and his Team!

They were awesome here at Cartek! We couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my AC & at first they couldn’t find the problem but the owner asked us to bring it back (I had to pick it up) so they could find it and get it fixed for me. That’s exactly what they did! & the price wasn’t bad at all! I definitely recommend this shop.Services: Electrical

I have been taking my vehicles to mechanics all over town to have issues addressed on them and it always seems that the problem never gets fixed and in most cases the vehicles end up with more problems time I pick them up. at Cartek the fixed my A/C, Fixed my oil leak that was caused by another mechanic, and stopped my exhaust leak that was caused by yet another mechanic. Thanks guys, you do great work!!!
