I would give them 5 stars if I had kids. Definitely a dream park there, nice staff, well maintained facilities and nice pool. The only reason what I give them a 4 stars is because the internet did not work very well while I was working there , we only stayed a night but very worth it .

Hi, good evening! I'm writing to compliment your staff. Today was our first time attending and we were blown away by your staff. My 4 year old son has sensory sensitivities and food allergies so outings are hard for us because it's hard for him to feel included when we have to step aside for things too fast, loud or treats with gluten in them. Your staff accommodated him above and beyond anything we've ever experienced. The woman working concessions tracked down the ingredients on your cotton candy and found out they were gluten free so my son got to experience cotton candy for the first time! When we were in line to board the train we asked to sit in the back so the horn wouldn't scare him and without hesitation we were accommodated. While we were boarding he turned down the speakers, too. When we were picked up from the pumpkin patch the same gentleman saved the back seats for us without us even asking. I cried happy tears tonight and my son said today was the best day of his life. Thank you so, so much- The Shows family.P.s- My mother in law travels between Mississippi and Colorado in her camper and said you have the nicest restrooms she's ever seen in a campsite.

Went last night with my grandchildren, horrible experience. The old man running the mini train was not kid friendly at all!! Literally yelled at my grandson which is 9 yrs old. And when I told him that's was not a way to speak to children, he wanted to get loud and speak very disrespectful to me instead of apologizing and going on his way.If he don't know how to deal with children he's needs to move on along. No more than was there very overpriced!!!! Very disappointed

So we just left after a couple of months stay, and I must say how highly disappointed I was. We thought this would be a great place for our family to start and learn about our camper adventures, but boy were we wrong. So the first week or two were great we were new to the whole long term camper situation and there were quite a few nice people to help us. But then people started leaving after the new managers Shane and Lori Lindsey took over, at first it was just small stuff and we had heard grumbles from other campers there about the park having some issues with the managers before. And possibly some new problems with the new ones, itstarted out small things we were being harassed about such as our wrist bands which they did not provide us originally until a month later and aftershave approached me several times and I explained to him we had not received them, that's where the trouble started. We'll then one day I was at work, and I got a callous window had been busted out. It was busted out by one of the work campers and we had notified the office about it, Shane and Lori. We were informed that we would be compensated for it by way of us paying for the window they broke and we would be compensated in rent, this didn't happen.so about a week later I get notified that I had been in a fight with another camper there when I wasn't even on property, I was actually gone to work at the time and even on the clock. Well come to find out all sources pointed back at the manager's. I even spoke to shaneandeven with proof he still acted as if he doubted me, even though they boasted about all the cameras on property. Well after this occurrence was addressed our cable line had got cut, had to request that be fixed in which we never in our few months there got our cable back, well then they boasted again that we would be getting high speed wifi with fiber wire. This was obviously a joke because due to some kind of miscommunication we could not ever get the wifi we were upcharged for in our lot rent. We went from 575 on a permanent lot to 635 and never received any kind of high speed wifi, the highest speeds we ever received was 1 gig and it barely ran anything, not to mention its dead in the middle of silver hill with terrible reception already. So now we are a few months in they still never offered to fix the window they broke, we asked them about it again and start to get harassed about having to move out of our permanent spot, wethen learned our spot was never permanent which my parents aligned for the lot originally and was told it was permanent. Lori got huffy and puffy with us stating it was never a permanent spot, and that we couldn't sublease, given we weren't, said we never signed paperwork which we didn't my parents did and paid for the first month and deposit up front. She then goes on to tell that she decides what lots are permanent or not and we need to move our camper to a different spot. Which we would have been fine with but after they fixed the window, we have the video as well of the dude breaking our window. So I told her she would have to communicate with my parents being it is their unit and she needs to communicate with them to have it fixed. She went off on me about subleasing again, given their is no sublease, the park was the only one receiving our money at the time, clearly showing Lori has no idea what she is talking about. It finally came down to them kicking us out of the park due to Lori not properly handling her job, and finally my mother having to contact the owner to get our window fixed, and low and behold Lori and Shane had not clearly conveyed what happened to the owner. Lori finally gave us a letter making us leave the park because we would not follow her rules. These are the second managers to run the park down further. Be aware if you spend your money here you will not receive the high speed fiber wire they boast about having you will need an extender to receive any slightly decent signal. They arnt very good about hosting the events except the ones that benef

While this campground had some level and average-spaced sites, we felt this location was pretty run down and had a lot of full-timers. It was quiet, but honestly too quiet, as it looks like it was once upon a time a hopping place to be. The playground was so-so, and there was a little tykes playground that was pretty run down. Not clean and updated and taken care of.The staff was nice, and took our son on the light railway ride when he was the only child there. It was cute. Finally, we were displeased with the cow pasture next door, which gave the entire campground an unpleasant smell the entire stay. We did enjoy the close proximity to the Gulf Shores beaches, but we would likely not stay here again.
