Update: spoke with the postmaster and the driver says she’s been holding our mail due to the trash can being in front of the mailbox which is a complete lie! Trash cans are placed 4 ft away from the Mailbox or the trash pickup won’t collect it. I also have my ring doorbell footage to prove that’s a lie. Just say that you don’t want to deliver our mail and move on! Three weeks is an insane amount of time to hold someone’s mail especially without notifying them!!! I will be posting pictures from RING to show proof that nothing has been at my mailbox! I will also post how it looks ON TRASH DAY! Check the photos as proof! I’m filing a complaint asap! This is terrible! This isn’t the first time we’ve had an issue with this carrier!My signature was forged on a certified letter! We are only getting our mail once every blue moon. I have brought it to the post master’s attention and NOTHING is being done. We see the mail on informed Delivery and it doesn’t come for WEEKS! I understand that there may be a lag time of maybe a day or two but weeks is just terrible! I have a ring doorbell and I’ve watched footage. For a week straight, there hasn’t been a mail person in my neighborhood. I have also spoken with friends who work for usps and they have stated out of their mouths that some delivery drivers have been dropping off packages and mail at their houses to leave early, and come back with empty bins. They intend to deliver all the mail on later dates so no one catches on. Well, I guess you can say I’ve about had it! This is absolutely frustrating!

Almost all of my dealings with this P.O have been great, however there is one employee that is not good with the public at all...So I will not give a bad review because of one employee..

Last week it seems that the postal workers were faced with a decision concerning a black suitcase left beside the building. I would like to commend them for the handling of the situation. I thought it was handled very professionally and securely. And I felt that the police department handled things very well too. Thank you for your quick actions!
