Came in with a plan to only get a few thing but a few things tuned into a basket full. I had a runny nose so I asked for the restroom key the employee felt the need to say "you're supposed to ask for a key" I then go to give it back and he again doesn't acknowledge me so I sit it on the counter. I continue shopping and seen a rug I want on the top shelf it looked like the only thing up there and the only employee was with someone so I go to grab it, there was things on top of it so I then ask for help. He felt the need once again to tell me "you're supposed to ask for help". I go to self checkout because he's already made it clear I'm a bother but after I ring everything up I realize I don't have my card only cash. I told him I don't have my card and he told me to leave the stuff so I told him I have cash. He then roles his eyes and mumbles under his breath about reading the card only sign. I told him to stop being an a** and he then took all my stuff threatening to call the cops and made me leave. He then told me he would tell me the store number phone number or anything bc he's a manager so respectful Eric don't deserve his position if he can't do his job without snarky remarks

Called SEVERAL times, thought the phone didn’t work, so I walk in the store, CALL, and the phone RANG!!!! The 2 workers stood there. My purpose for the call was buying an expired pizza that expired 5 FIVEEEEE months ago!!! I did get a refund but my child ate half a piece before he said it was disgusting. He’s 4, so he got into trouble for not even finishing one piece once he stayed on me about “starving” while I was cooking. Then I realized it was expired. 0stars for me. Lazy workers, and ridiculous.

We are an elderly couple who had a price descrepancy. The elderly lady behind the counter was very rude. She acted like we asked something that is part of her job to check price labeled that was not correct in w the scanned item. Then when we pointed out reader did not show a minus vs the receipt harsh again but still had to check w her boss as she could was not confident in what she was looking at on the receipt to explain it to us herself. Liked the store, did not like such cold rude customer service that was a simple fix. I know these are hard times, but without customers you have no job. If unhappy then don't take it out on us, we just old folks doing what anyone shopping would do questioning a difference.
