Mr. Pete took a look at our truck to see if what we needed to be done COULD be done. Traditional solutions wouldn’t work for a handicapped person’s need, so Mr. Pete figured out a way to custom make what we needed. Once that was figured out, he then calculated the time required to make it. Unfortunately, we were moving before it would be done. Mr. Pete came up with a different possible solution that could work that I could try myself. He spent time and effort to help me even though he wouldn’t get to do the job. That is STELLAR customer service. Mr. Pete is honest, fair and KIND! If you need anything done on your car or truck, go see Mr. Pete!

As a female it’s not easy finding someone who won’t rip u off and Dixie’s is the only place I felt gave me an honest quote! Little back story, I wrecked my mom’s 2006 impala driver side door and mirror. I called and looked around for an auto body shop in the southern part of Baldwin county for about week who wouldn’t charge me arm and a leg since I wasn’t making an insurance claim. I got different 5 quotes. Dixie’s had the earliest opening and the cheapest by far. The work is AMAZING and it didn’t take long at all either! I felt like I treated like family how it used to be because he tried to save me as much money as he could and not the other way around like it usually is for a female getting any kind of work done on a car! I would recommend Dixie’s over any other auto collision repair in Southern Baldwin county! We will be taking our 2016 Mercedes & 2017 Silverado to get work done here very soon!

I was referred to Dixie Auto Body by a friend..After leaving Pete a message, he replied the same day and we arranged for him to look at the repair..He explained to me what had to be done and the length of time needed...I am very impressed with the finished product and was actually ready before the estimated time..He is truly an "artist" and takes pride in his work...highly recommend

Dixie Auto Body Repair Inc stripped the original paint and failing clear coat off of my 2006 Chevy Avalanche tailgate. They repaired a few blemishes, primed, and repainted the fiberglass tailgate. It was then polished to a mirror finish. I’m extremely happy with the results. The turnaround was quick and the price was great. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thanks guys.

DABR took an ill-fitting aftermarket grill I bought, modified it so it would fit and it looked OEM when it was finished. What is remarkable about this is that 99% of places would have balked once the grill was found not to fit. These are can-do people. Will use their services again without hesitation.
