“The work they did was excellent. My car looks like nothing ever happened. There were some delays and I had to call back the last few days before it was ready. I kept hearing “maybe ready tomorrow “ for 3 days. A simple phone call from someone with a realistic explanation of completion would have made my experience much better. Not to mention I had to wait 2 months just to get my car in the shop and then another month for the repairs to be completed. Quality of work A+, communication C”

“These guys went over and above to rescue me from the middle of nowhere with my brokedown truck pulling a trailer on the Natchez Trace Parkway. Towed me to a Smith's Automotive who also did a great job. Marqis (sp?) and Andy both did a great job and I really don't think they charged me nearly enough. You set the bar high gentlemen and were a blessing indeed!”

“I had an Impala that struggled to come back to life.I trusted my vehicle in their hands and they worked magic!! My car has been running for about three months since my visit. No shutdown mid driving, no kicking from my engine. It has a minor misfire, but it doesn't affect performance. 10/10 would put my vehicle in this shop if needed.They do honest work at a decent price, and he kept me up to date each step of the way.”
