He guaranteed I wasn't leaving til it was done and he got it done. He was patient and helpful with the process. Honest about my phone options and hooked me up with a great phone and case package. “I needed to add a line to existing service and Savanna was extremely helpful. I told her the type of phone I wanted and she presented me with my best option. i was surprised at the low cost of the phone itself and the small amount that the added line will cost monthly. Turns out that the more lines you add, the less each line costs. My previous provider was Tracfone (which has a limited service area and very slow internet search capabilities). I was paying more for that service per month than the additional cost of adding a line to my existing Verizon service.”
