“I’m from pa. The other week I called there and asked about argon and other supplies. That I needed to do a stainless pipe job and Bobby was so helpful. That’s more than I can say for the store I deal with at home. So I went there today and Bobby is like what do you need and He said let’s go shopping in the warehouse. So I told him what I needed and he hooked me up!!!I was also impressed with the pricing!!! Also the guy at the counter came out and even helped me load my 4 300cubic foot cylinders. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT MUSCLE SHOALS AIRGAS????????????????????????. Keep up the good work guys!!!!”

“Like most DIYers I've spent a lot of money at Lowe's. I recently head a problem with a special order door. The jamb on one side was made a 1/4" to tall. One of the managers there (Jacob) told me no problem. They would call the manufacturer in the morning and have them fix it. Customer service is a big deal. They have some great employees here.”
