“I first came to Heart of Dixie when one of my pups was very sick. I had been using another vet for over 30 years. I needed someone to see my pup and my normal vet wasn't concerned about him at all. They told me he wasn't stable enough for me to leave him and let them work him in. They told me to call MedVet. I did. They didn't have a vet and referred me to Pensacola or Biloxi. I called back. If my pup wasn't stable enough to leave with them, I didn't think he would be stable enough to travel to either Pensacola or Biloxi. They still said no and showed no concern whatsoever.
I was referred to Heart of Dixie by someone else and they told me to bring him right on. They were so concerned and took really great care of him.
What I like most about them is that all of them seem excited to see my pups. They love on them like I do. These pups are my babies and they treat them as such.
It was very hard to leave the other vet but I am so glad that we are here.”

Bethany kept me updated on my baby on her off days she was super professional polite compassionate and truly cared about my Gizmo Stephanie answered all my questions and was so upbeat she was very friendly from the second I walked in. There is no way ever I would take my animal any where else for care they really touched my heart in a way that can never be undone . My Boston had parvo and they went straight to work on him he's home today all because of the excellent care he got from semmes animal hospital thank you guys so much”
