I have been a customer of Verizon for over 20 years. I have never been treated like I was today. The 2 individuals at like I was invisible. Josh was very rude when I spoke to him. I felt racially profiled. Neither associate greeted me or acknowledged me. When I walked up to Josh and said hello. He said he had a customer in though his customer had gotten up and gone out of the door. I said I'm a customer too and he just looked at me. I asked do they not acknowledge or greet their customers. He said he didn't have to. The other associate continued to walk past me without saying a word. I was on the phone with a Verizon agent who sent me to that store. She couldn't believe the treatment I was receiving. As I was walking out the door an older couple said don't leave. I said I've never been treated like this at a Verizon Store. I said usually when a customer walks in the door they are greeted and acknowledged. I said I was looked at like I was invisible. The couple said you are so correct and they apologized even though they didn't work there. I left and went to the store on Airport and Schillinger and was given great customer service from Associate Benjamin.

After not being able to get what we needed in the Mobile store, we came to the Semmes location and were taken care of with no waiting or hassles. Pam was beyond helpful and took care of all our needs. She didn't push all the extras and even took the time to get the new phone set up and go over tips and tricks. It was refreshing to actually find caring customer service. Pam is a true gem.

They have great phones. Hidden set up fees not diclosed until time of purchase. This is a secondary store not a actual Verizon. Did not realize that after the fact.

Pam is the best! Came in on a whim to talk about upgrading my phone and she made everything so seamless. She was so fun and personable, I loved getting to know her a little bit while I was there. She is extremely knowledgeable and didn't push anything I didn't want. Would definitely recommend this store!

We were warmly welcomed and helped by Hannah immediately. She smiled the entire time she talked to us and answered all of our questions and never seemed annoyed or bothered. We got a great deal and left happy!
