I usually get good customer service in this store and all the information on promotions.

They have great phones. Hidden set up fees not diclosed until time of purchase. This is a secondary store not a actual Verizon. Did not realize that after the fact.

Pam is the best! Came in on a whim to talk about upgrading my phone and she made everything so seamless. She was so fun and personable, I loved getting to know her a little bit while I was there. She is extremely knowledgeable and didn't push anything I didn't want. Would definitely recommend this store!
