I went in to get a drink and gas. The lady behind the counter was more worried about the phone call she was on than actually helping her customers. My digital card kept automatically canceling the transaction every time I tried to pay. And instead of asking whoever she was talking to to hold for a moment. She pulls the phone from her ear and tells me it's not reading my chip.... there's no chip in the phone but okay. I ask if I need to go get the physical card and she looks exasperated and just starts nodding her head and goes back to talking to whoever is on her phone. I come back with it and there's still an issue so she just takes my card and taps it herself while looking annoyed. And also I have my Murohys rewards but as I went to enter my number she clicked it to the next screen I assume to try and rush me.

This lady working here is the worst I ask what was the best deal for 2 packs she got so pissy I had to step out of line to see she knew what I was doing I had to get back in line again so rude

Gas prices by far cheaper. The attendees at Saraland Murphy oil is rude. Their printers never work so you have to go ask for one. There is a reason I pay at the pump. I mentioned to the lady they are never working the night shift employee said I always have an attitude. I wasn’t even speaking to her. I thought if I mentioned it to another employee maybe they care but undoubtedly not.

It's a great place to stop fuel up grab snacks and beverages above all the staff is amazing very helpful and compassionate to people's needs.

The heavy set blonde white lady is rude and lazy and upon asking to put money on pump stated to go outside and do it and sat down. Location just recently opened and the customer service is trash.

This is a very nice station it is recently been rebuilt into a brand new store their prices are always lower than anyone else in the area.

My daughter gets gas at this gas station. Her 2020 car broke down due to BAD GAS. Do Not Get Gas Here!!!

The app for this store. Offers items they don’t have and basically offers a Fanta drink and a bunch of energy drinks that we don’t drink. What happened to more than 4 items to pick from? Ya know like the actual snacks!
