I always get my 30 day supply of meds on the 29th day. I show up and they say no. It was Pharmacist Pugh. As I walked up I heard her say something negative about all the meds being called in on memorial day. I asked her why I couldn't get my meds on day 29 when my doctor just called them in.. and she said it was too early. She said DEA!? Day 29!? Are you serious!? She also left us sitting at the drivethru for 20 solid minutes *a different visit* And didn't even come to the window to tell us to hang on and there was nobody in the store and only us at the drive thru. She's slow and lazy .The other 2 Pharmacists Brad. And the other petite black lady are fast, awesome and on point. This lazy woman with an attitude didn't want me to tell my doctor that she wouldn't fill his called in script which sent a red flag up telling me she was lying! Either she goes or I go.I hope she moves on!

I got there 7:55pm and the pharmacy was closed already! It says they close at 8pm but is not true, I really needed my medicine tonight, I couldn’t go earlier because of work!

The pharmacist Nekreida is such a sweetheart. She was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and pleasant. It's always refreshing to run across nice people like her!

I really love this store. You have to just watch what you pickup. Because the prices are really expensive for the simplest things. But, the workers are friendly and always speak to you.

No matter what hoop you jump through on that phone system you can not talk to someone with a pulse! Just get in your car, add to the greenhouse effect & drive to the pharmacy to ask a question. Believe me, it's better than having your blood boil over "chase your own tail" phone system! Just a new way to have people need more blood pressure meds!

Went into store to spend carepass bucks and they act like I was stealing from store. Semmes Alabama store. 8:58pm 7/2/24. I guess they just kept asking do I need help finding stuff but in a creepy way. At first I asked for help but she wasn't able to do her job she was trying but i ended up finding what i need but then things got awkward afterwards
The girl kept following me almost every isles I go
I even tested her to see if she would follow me into the perfume section and sure enough
There she go
Idk if she being creepy or just trying to misjudged the situation beforehand

Very friendly staff. Clean store and well kept inventory. Everything is clearly priced. Pharmacy staff are excellent and they will talk with you about any questions or concerns you have.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen. They almost never answer the phone and when they do there is a 75% chance they will hang up on you. I will be swapping to Semmes pharmacy.
