I really love this store. You have to just watch what you pickup. Because the prices are really expensive for the simplest things. But, the workers are friendly and always speak to you.

No matter what hoop you jump through on that phone system you can not talk to someone with a pulse! Just get in your car, add to the greenhouse effect & drive to the pharmacy to ask a question. Believe me, it's better than having your blood boil over "chase your own tail" phone system! Just a new way to have people need more blood pressure meds!

Went into store to spend carepass bucks and they act like I was stealing from store. Semmes Alabama store. 8:58pm 7/2/24. I guess they just kept asking do I need help finding stuff but in a creepy way. At first I asked for help but she wasn't able to do her job she was trying but i ended up finding what i need but then things got awkward afterwards
The girl kept following me almost every isles I go
I even tested her to see if she would follow me into the perfume section and sure enough
There she go
Idk if she being creepy or just trying to misjudged the situation beforehand

Very friendly staff. Clean store and well kept inventory. Everything is clearly priced. Pharmacy staff are excellent and they will talk with you about any questions or concerns you have.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen. They almost never answer the phone and when they do there is a 75% chance they will hang up on you. I will be swapping to Semmes pharmacy.

I have had CVS extra care pass for the past 20 years and this summer we traveled across the US and when I tried to use my extra care pass in Colorado the only CVS that were open was the CVS inside Target stores. I stood in line for at least 1 hour and when I reached the counter with 8 employees behind the counter they informed me I that the CVS in Target do not provide the extra care pass benefit. I was extremely disappointed

The one working today is rude RUDE! No customer service at all!! And if you make her mad then she will NOT fill your prescription and hang up the phone in your face!! I been using this location with all my kids and all my grandchildren for atleast 30 years! Time to change!

0/10. Every time I go to get a RX filled it’s a problem and no one ever has the answers. They don’t respond back to my doctors faxes so I can’t get my RX when needed! Seriously the worst pharmacy!

Ordered 1 photo... Literally 1 photo I had done in an 8x10 for my dad's birthday. Was supposed to be ready for pickup between 4pm and 7 pm. It wasn't. Apparently nobody checks their photo online orders.... Not heading to my dad's house with no photo and no birthday present. I've previously used Walmart and Walgreens for photos and never had an issue!! I will never use CVS for anything after this. Apparently it's too much to ask for them to print 1 single photo! They simply can't be bothered!
