This was the first time coming to the Semmes, Al location, and I came in needing a new phone. I called a different store to see about a deal for my phone earlier that day, but I dropped in to the most closest store I could find. Unfortunately, the store I called just wanted to make sale and left out a couple of details to get the deal. If it wasn’t for Ms.Sarah working that day I would’ve been walking around with a broke phone. She was very kind and a great problem solver even when I was a little frustrated. She’s definitely the person to see for good customer service .

I went to cricket yesterday to add a line, Bubba helped me, he is one of a kind. He is a great manager, hands-down. If you guys need anything with your phone done, go to him. I will tell you this if I have to go to Cricket or have anything to do with Cricket with my service he is the only one that I will go to. Katie was there as well really sweet girl. Thank you Bubba you’re one of a kind

Semmes cricket is the absolute best store ever! Bubba, Katie and Edith is the best team ever at this location they go over and beyond to help their customers I highly recommend this location to my friends and family!

The cricket in Semmes is the best cricket wireless I have ever been too. Go see Bubba, Katie, or the new one Edith.Avoid Angel, he smells like pot and booze. He carries his gun while working. I have witnessed him cuss people out myself.

I love this location. They are always kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend going here. William works very hard to have the best team possible. Katie is very kind and knows her way around an android. Angel is the clown that keeps everyone smiling!!!

The cricket in Semmes is the best cricket in the world. Bubba is the best manager you guys have and deserves a raise, if you move him to another location I will follow. Angel and Katie are the best sales persons you could ever meet. They will bend over backwards and give you the shirt off their own backs if that's what you need. Honestly this store is a store full of managers. Please drive the extra miles and see them!!
