Went in for snacks and drinks with my grandson. Cashier was very nice and helpful by helping me look for Celsius energy drinks for my daughter n' law.

Couldn’t purchase a drink because the barcode scanner wouldn’t scan, I offered to pay in exact change and was told I couldn’t, apparently circle k doesn’t understand basic math.

Horrible customer service. Purchased a Coors Light, complained about it. It was flat, had no intentions of drinking it. I just want a fresh one and it was flat, so I asked for a refund and they clerk asked and, what am I supposed to do about that??" Then she called in the store manager inside and he said oh well its yours". I was hoping they could be civil and decent but weren't. And he tells me you're not supposed to be drinking it on his property. True enough but once again, there is nothing wrong with me tasting it before I get home to test the quality. If I am an unsatisfied customer they are supposed to honor that. So I said if you can't honor your commitment I just won't patronize your business anymore, and he said that's fine. No one is supposed to support a business who does not care about their customers. Do not shop where you're not valued! Period.

The employees have improved over the past year but the prices are just steadily going up. About the only good thing Circle K has going for them is Gas prices but even with that, you can get it cheaper elsewhere.

Dropped in on a Sunday night and one person was working. Makayla was able to handle the busy crowd with no problem. She is very talented and the manager should be very grateful for someone that is able to not only keep the store clean, but shuffle between customers while staying in a good mood.

more than half the pumps don't work at a given time. I think its on purpose because it's not always the same ones that don't work. The place has gone way down since circle k took over.

I have an (EasyPay) card……. Circle K has a limit on how much you can spend on thier card…. That’s crazy considering it’s linked to my bank account

Typical small station. A little hard getting out of the parking lot. They carry Shell gas which I prefer.

Store is cramped and selection is nonexistent. They could save money by doing away with it and only having automated pumps. That is of course, IF the pumps would even let you use your card. 1am+ and cards are not allowed at the pump? My whole reason for using a card is so I can pump and go without waiting behind the chainsmokers while they purchase their boxed lung cancer.
