My 11yo Honda paint was faded and oxidized and about to flake off completely (yeah youve seen cars driving around missing half of their paint - this comes from a lack of maintenance and care).The paint is gleaming now. Glossy and shining as close to "new" as Ive ever seen it since owning this car for the past 2 years (2012 Honda Pilot, White and built right here in Alabama)”
“We love supporting our West Mobile businesses. I came to Big Tuna today on my off day because my girls love the car wash. For some reason my card would not work in their debit card reader (I tried on both machines) and the nicest gentleman came over to help me. He couldn’t get my card to work either and gave me a complimentary car wash. It wasn’t something he had to do and I offered to go get cash to bring back. He even recommended me bringing the girls at night because of all the lights. I will definitely be back to buy their membership. Customer service isn’t like that anymore, so thank you Big Tuna!”

I had the interior detail on two of my vehicles and they looked brand new when Eric was done, he also had availability the same week I called to schedule my vehicle's appointment. “Love the monthly membership, especially during pollen season! Even though I park in the garage, my black vehicle shows dirt so easily. Love how this car wash always gets my car super clean. The free vacuum is a nice bonus and they are always super clean and in premium shape. The location on Schillinger Rd is very convenient.”

“Brought my jeep wrangler there (first time going through an automatic car wash with the jeep). We are from Mississippi, so this place was new for us. Wash was excellent. No dirt left behind. Even gave us a car freshener and a towel to wipe the excess water off. Wish this was in Mississippi. If you're thinking about this place, try it. You won't be disappointed.”

“Tip the wax attendants! They will never ask for it and there's certainly not a "jar or sign" anywhere! These folks hand dry your vehicle before waxing and do your tires/rims after the wax! I only go to this location.”

“We took my aunt's car to the location on Airport Blvd. because of a terrible smell. It was not forgotten groceries in her trunk- it was the neighbor's deceased cat! We were traumatized to say the least, but the young man there was so sweet to us, so very helpful with removal and cleaning. Thank you so much!”
“Updated from my last visit here. I usually go pretty early in the mornings after I drop my daughter off at the bus stop and it is much, much nicer than it used to be. New carwash, brand new vacuums and it is clean. Also the owner or property manager has made their presence known the last couple of times I have been there which is nice especially if you were to have some sort of issue during your visit, at least they have been there the last several times I have been there to clean my car. I usually visit the bigger car washes but this is a nice change and conveniently , it is on my daily route so I can stop in on my way home without going out of my way. Nice upgrade guys! Will be returning!???? ? ”
