“Mavis in Semmes was very helpful. I had a burning smell coming from my wheel wells on the back. They checked it out and when it wanted to run a diagnostic they called me and asked me about running it instead of taking in upon their selves just to do it. Found there was nothing wrong but pointed out somethings that might have caused which were minor. It has helped and appreciate there professionalism and very kind employees.”
“Lance did a professional job on my vehicle they replaced all four brakes and rotors on my truck and did it under the warranty for me and only charged me labor. they did not have to do that. they went out of their way to make me a satisfied customer, I would definitely recommend them as an excellent automotive people who try to help you and not just take as much money as they can from you. “I just want to say a HUGE thank you to Jamie the tire and lube manager... I had an issue today with the wrong tires being shipped to the store. I told her the issue due to them already being installed and she went above and beyond to help get me the correct size I needed and got me back into rotation to get the correct tires on my truck. Also wanna say a huge shout out to the guys in the shop for all their hard work day in and day out. Thank y'all so much for helping me solve this issue without any complaining negative words and all of them kept a smile on their face .... yes sometimes they get busy as they where today but I seen them handle it without any issues... “I LOVE these guys! Mr. Odom is the kindest, most generous, and most honest person I have ever met in this industry (and his worker Danny too). He has kept my vehicle and my family's vehicles running for over 25 years! I had to buy some tires once from a place on/near Airport Rd and, after they installed the new tires, they said something else was wrong with my truck (can't remember exactly what). But they wanted $800 to fix it. I said, "No thanks, I'll ask my own 'regular' mechanic to look at it." Mr. Odom repaired it in two days, and it only cost me a little over $200. I am heartbroken that he plans to retire soon, although I understand and he deserves it. Don't know where I'll go when he's gone. I don't trust anyone else. But while he's still working, everyone should know that he's the best! Thanks Mr Odom and Danny.”
