Mrs Hertz of Accurate Tax and Payroll has always helped me get the best return possible, she is incredibly knowledgeable and has always been patient and helpful to me and my family. Without her my status with the IRS would still be the same and I would still likely be facing those difficulties. I will always be grateful. She does great work, so please don't hesitate to use her services.

I have utilized Accurate Tax and Payroll Services for my Income Tax Preparation needs for the past nine years. Ms. Hurst and her staff are knowledgeable and highly qualified professionals. I appreciate their kind and courteous attitudes towards expediting my tax documents promptly. My family has been a customer of Accurate Tax and Payroll Services (Mrs. Hertz) for nearly a decade now. She has always exhibited the utmost in professionalism. She has not only been very communicative with us but also patient, and she has always been informative about what needed to be done next. It genuinely bothers me to see this business cast in a negative light. I feel that this is completely unwarranted. People are not willing to take responsibility for their own mistakes or be responsible for their own lack of organization. The numerous years my family has been having our taxes done with Accurate Tax and Payroll Services (Mrs. Hertz) , we have NEVER had an issue of dishonesty in any way. Accurate Tax and Payroll Services aka Mrs. Hertz has been a great asset and a treasure to our family. If you are looking for a reliable, honest ally to be in your corner against the often intimidating IRS, then we can't recommend her enough. I feel that it is wrong to undermine the blood, sweat and tears needed to operate a successful business for decades over a personal grievance. This is why I'm leaving my review despite the fact that I don't normally leave reviews.I sincerely hope Mrs. Hertz be successful against people bearing false witness against this business. I think it is the epitome of ungratefulness to receive multiple years of great service, yet leave a one-star review over a personal grievance. Mrs. Hertz must follow legal guidelines so I'm not sure what some people expect. I am quite certain this individual chose to use Mrs. Hertz for her reliability, dependability, incredible amount of knowledge and experience, and ability to help her clients the most in regards to discounts. She has an incredible ability to always find you the best return, she always has very fair pricing. It is the epitome of selfishness to ignore these attributes while also benefiting from such attributes for years. Some people are just extremely selfish, this is the reality of the times. However as a potential client, know with assurity that these SAME attributes can be as much of an asset to you, as they have been to us and our family. My wife and I used this company for TAX services for a number of years without issue until last year. We were owed State Refund for 2018 and never received our check. Mrs. Hertz reached out to my wife to request updated information but the check never came. So days later, we reached out to her and her attitude changed and professionalism with out the window. She started screaming at my wife loud talking her for no reason and hung up in her face. We contacted the State and IRS and they stated that she was liable to reissue us our payment. Since then, each time we've reached out to her or her husband its been an unpleasant experience. Shes real short and loud and continues to hang up the phone in our faces. So now we will seek legal action. So to all future customers who are considering using Accurate Tax and Payroll services in Semmes Alabama know this. Mrs. Hertz may come off nice but it's another side to her behind the bifocals. Mr. Hertz comes off on the softer side but they charge higher fees than other Tax Establishments and it's not worth the headaches.
