Moving on, the Dollar Tree in Lillian, AL is the best I have ever seen! It puts the one near my house to shame. I'm not sure what everyone is getting paid at that location but raises and promotions for everyone should be in order! That store was super clean, organized, and stocked. The staff was nice. They had lots to choose from. The selection was so large and nice, I kept forgetting I was at the Dollar Tree!
I just wanted to brag on that store and everyone that works there. I hope upper management will see what gems they have and do you are right!”
“Shop at this dollar store all the time. Most of the people there are friendly, the only problem you will run into, is most of the time there is only one cashier, and the line gets backed up. So don't be in a hurry when you go in. Great local store.”
“Best DG in the area, I go in there all the time just to stare at the hot employee Connor. He always asks me if I need help and I’m too speechless to respond and then we stare at each other awkwardly, I do it at least once a week. I try to leave notes around the store for him, I hope he finds them”

“We stopped in for a few things on 5/12/23, and had a great experience. I felt like the cashier really appreciated us, and treated us like family. As we go about our busy lives, people tend to not interact much with store associates. Store associates need to know that they are appreciated also, so we try to interact with others in a positive way, hoping to brighten their day. I feel like our visit that day did just that, and also brightened our day!”
“I never do these but had to after my experience this week. Went to this location and a very nice Gentlemen named Tommy greeted me. Normally, everyone is so busy that I may not see anyone until I check out but he not only greeted me but checked on me constantly and helped me find things. He was so nice to my kids and I and even offered to help me load it in the car, seeing I was struggling with the kids and cart. I've never had a bad experience here but things like this really leave a mark! I'm sad because he said he's training and will be leaving soon but I know wherever he goes, the community will love him as me and my kids do!”

Recently, I checked out... got to the parking lot and then realized hadn't applied ANY of my online coupons (the whole reason I went). She helped me make it right!! So sweet. Thanks DG. “It's 7 pm on Wednesday. I just stopped at this $ general. It has to be the best one. The staff was killing it stocking the shelves. But, most of all the cashier was so friendly. I was in last week with my mom. I'm 60 she is 93. 5 minutes max In Store. This adorable lady remembered my mom (she wasn't with me). Did I mention friendly. Never stopped working but made me feel like it was all about me. Keep this lady. She is your best asset..”
