While most employees would have given up or directed me to cancel the order, this cashier went above and beyond to find a solution. She made a valiant effort, attempting various options on the computer and even reaching out to the support team. When those efforts didn't yield the desired result, she didn't give up. “Best deli by far for any gas station/convenience store in the area. Staff are always friendly, very clean restrooms, and a large menu of delicious food! The breakfast items are awesome. I remember when this was the only store on the corner of Beulah and Nine Mile Rd. I still skip the new businesses around (Publix, Circle K, McDonald's, etc.) to go eat at the Tom Thumb. I and others are excited for the Cumberland Farms conversion.”

“This is a very convenient gas station for my way home from work. The staff is decently friendly. I was disappointed one day when I tried to get air for my tires and the machine didn't work. Thankfully they gave me my two dollars back, but they should have had a sign on the tire inflation machine so I would have not wanted my time trying to use it.”

“Alright, I've seen all the previous reviews from mine here. I have also been to this gas station more times than I can even count now. What i can say is I've never had bad service or seen anyone being mistreated for any reason. I feel like because of the top gear show, they have a bad wrap for a probably scripted tv show. There is also propane , artificial bait and hooks, snacks, and some hot food items. The burgers are pretty good.”
