Marquis at the Selma Verizon office is one of the nicest representatives I have had the pleasure helping me yesterday. He was trained by Travis. Marquis took the extra time to explain things to me instead of brushing me off to get to the next customer.

My dad had such a great experience here working with Cameron S.! Cameron helped him set my dad up on my family plan and set up his phone. The Selma Verizon store has always been our go to because the service is always thorough and reliable!

I went in to get assistance with my account. I was immediately served and even with the internet down my problem was resolved. The agent then asked about my internet service at my home and offered me a wireless service for testing. No upfront costs was involved. After 20 hours I must say that it is working great.

The customer service was SUPERB at this location! My mom was having difficulty setting up her new phone. The sales associate went above and beyond to answer all of her questions (mine too), and sorted out the issue she was having.

My experience at my local Verizon here in Selma, Al was definitely a great one! I learned I was eligible for an early upgrade and my service was provided by a wonderful sales representative named Kevin. The process took right around an hour and the customer service was friendly and helpful! It’s highly likely that I’ll be recommending them for all of your electronic needs!
