Poor customer service, told me they would deliver moms meds, waited for 3 days, called them back, and response was ,,, we don’t deliver over the bridge. But couldn’t be bothered to call, or offer any other suggestions

My daughter and I went to Carter's in April of 2018 for the first time while attending the Equal Justice Initiative conference in Montgomery. We were driving out to Gee's Bend and wanted to see Selma too. I was having major issues with allergies and the pharmacist was absolutely fantastic and so helpful. We went again in March 2019. They have the best pharmacist there. He is one of the best pharmacists I have ever had because he is knowledgeable, empathetic and he always has great ideas. before our trip out here for spring break I had a double ear infection and a sinus infection and I still can't hear out of my left ear very well. The pharmacist recommended an urgent care doctor if I wanted immediate help. The store also has a lot of great gifts and cute clothing and supplies for babies . The entire staff is fantastic. I love this store.

If you desire to pay ridiculously high prices for drugs and merchandise you will love this place. In spite of this we have done business with them since 1949 because they USED TO provide quality personal customer service. In spite of that loyalty and 65 year of NEVER failing to pay her account on time my 85 year old mother was treated with disrespect (by the owner) and forced to make a second trip to achieve a refund on a chump-change little transaction today. There is just no excuse to do business with them any longer.
