Very slow great customer service the wait is too long

Didn't have medication ready even after calling to confirm that I'm on my way.

Poor customer service, told me they would deliver moms meds, waited for 3 days, called them back, and response was ,,, we don’t deliver over the bridge. But couldn’t be bothered to call, or offer any other suggestions
